The Qorvo QPA4980 is an optical linear modulator driver amplifier designed for the CFPx 100 Gb/s optical markets. The QPA4980 has 13.5 dB of gain and 1 to 4 Vppd output power and 3 dB BW of 24.5 GHz. The QPA4980 provides Client side designers with system critical features such as: low power dissipation, high signal to noise ratio (SNR), fast rise and fall times, and low output jitter. The QPA4980 finish is lead-free. This part is RoHS compliant. Evaluation boards are available upon request.
